For possible services and cooperation, we offer:
1) Shaping, pressing, cutting of material
- cutting sheets up to a thickness of 10 mm
- cold pressing on crank presses GK 600, LLR 250 and friction presses LVK 630 and LVK 400
- work on eccentric presses 40 - 160 tons also with feeding (possibility of using material from a roll with dimensions of 300x2 mm and weighing up to 1000 kg)
- cold drawing on hydraulic presses with a holder of 100 and 160 t
- deep drawing on a Dieffenbacher DT II 320/200 hydraulic double-acting press with a working space of 1500 x 1000 x 1100 mm
2) Surface treatment
- sanding, brushing and polishing to a high gloss on single-purpose semi-automatic devices or freehand
- grinding and brushing of pipes and rectangular profiles
- polishing of small parts in tumbling drum
3) Heat treatment of stainless steel
- in a BIRLEC electric continuous furnace with a protective atmosphere
- structural and tool steels in electric resistance furnaces
4) Welding
- resistive (on blunt and by scoring on single-purpose and universal devices)
- arc in a protective atmosphere manually and on single-purpose machines (WIG/TIG)
